The property is purposefully built from an original architectural scheme by Ron Arad Associates. A new steel, concrete and glass building The architecture is expressive. Its tiered east wing purposefully facing the sunrise. The interiors are expectantly inspiring through their use of tactile natural materials as well as patinated metals, woven vinyl and  durable fabrics. The area is a hybrid of tradition meets modern with both the city and one of the world’s most renowned creative quarters both on our doorstep. This allows us to cater for both business and leisure guests in the hotel and the signature restaurant. The hotel covers six storeys with the restaurant occupying the seventh,two levels below ground.
