The hotel is situated in a vastly exceptional and practical area of Euboea, the 2nd largest island in Greece. Thanks to its private beach, private dock, and strategic address right at the seafront, nearby islands are easily accessible for exploration, especially the largely-visited, paradisiacal Lihadonisia. Daily yacht excursions can therefore be a regular activity for residents of the hotel. The International Airport of Athens is a convenient 1-hour drive from the hotel, whereas beautiful ancient Greek sites are also at satisfying proximity. This allows guests to not only enjoy their stay at the well-situated hotel, but to also fully appreciate the surrounding areas without much of a transportation hassle. Property land: 32.000sq.m. 

 Original construction of hotel: about 15 acres.  They harbor for further exploitation ~ 17 acres and can still be built up to 3000 m2.The main building was built in 1985 while the bungalows were built in 1997. The hotel is in excellent condition since each and every building has been carefully maintained from the day of the opening. The Hotel is an ideal place to host social and/or professional events such as business conferences, anniversaries, banquets, and weddings and christenings can be held at the chapel right next to the hotel.
